Whether you want to take in the beauty of nature from the wrap-around deck with its rocking chairs or gather around the firepit to stay warm under the star-filled sky, there's a spot for everyone to love. The sunny deck has a grill where you can prepare a fresh meal, and the sprawling property has several options for outdoor dining in the fresh mountain air. Feeling competitive? The deck offers both a foosball table in the covered area as well as a ping pong table where you can enjoy hours of play with an absolutely priceless backdrop of stunning Blue Ridge nature.

Feel cozy and at home with your first step through the door, where you’re welcomed by spacious living areas. The living room is furnished with plush couches and a smart tv, the perfect set up for relaxed movie nights at home. Vibrant colors and nature-inspired décor lead into the bright kitchen, fully equipped for delicious and convenient cooking at home. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster are all provided for your use! Share morning coffee in the sun-filled breakfast nook, and gather around the dining table for memorable meals throughout your trip.

This home sleeps 13 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. A Pack and Play can be found in the pantry so that little ones can sleep soundly during your stay.

- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #3 is the bunk bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds for a total of 7 twin size beds and 1 full size bunk bed.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

This rental consists of the property’s main cabin and the bunk room to accommodate larger groups. Additional bedrooms in the secondary wing of the home will be locked off during your stay, all common spaces are yours to enjoy!

This property has paved road all the way however, the driveway is a very bumpy and the rain has recently made the erosion a bit worse. It is gravel and will need to be graded again soon. We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience nor will it require 4x4.

Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours. Or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.

Blueridge Bunk House is just minutes from epic hikes, stunning waterways, and the town centers of Blue Ridge, Epworth, and McCaysville with galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and more! The surrounding areas have unique attractions such as Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes, and quick hikes.

Guidelines:
- Vehicle Recommendation: While AWD or 4WD vehicles are not necessary and you will be able to navigate this road we do recommended to travel the hilly gravel road leading to the house carefully and do not spin or cause your vehicle to throw of gravel and dirt. This is likely to ensure that vehicles have the necessary traction and control on the uneven surface. Caution should be taken to avoid spinning out.

- Penalty for Spinning Out: There is a fine for any vehicles caught spinning out on the gravel road. This emphasizes the importance of careful driving and control while navigating the hilly terrain.

- Noise Level: To be considerate of nearby residents, especially with regards to music, it's advised to keep noise levels low. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevents disturbances.

- Respect Private Property: All properties surrounding the two lots are privately owned. Venturing onto these properties is considered trespassing. It's important to respect the boundaries and privacy of neighboring properties.

- Lights Out at 10:00 PM: All outside lights should be turned off at 10:00 PM. This helps maintain a natural environment and avoids unnecessary light pollution, which can be disruptive to wildlife and neighboring residents.
