Welcome to Chic Escape, a charming abode less than 2 miles from the heart of Downtown Nashville. With its own quaint neighborhood to explore and the proximity to popular attractions, this is the perfect retreat for those who want to dive head first into Music City.

You’ll be welcomed on arrival to a bright and airy open-concept main floor. The living room highlights ample seating, and a Smart TV.

Steps away, the kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up signature southern-style dishes from home. Beautiful honey-planked ceilings add a depth of character and warmth to an already charming space. The center island with 2 stools allows for additional prep space or a centralized area for fellow guests to gather.

The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a futon in the living room. Each space is outfitted with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 is furnished with a King. The bedrooms are on either side of a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, providing both rooms with access to a well-equipped ensuite with shower/tub combo. A convenient half bathroom on the main floor is an additional space for guests to refresh.

The home is in a prime location to explore the neighborhood and downtown attractions. There are several cafes, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues within a 10-minute walk. If you appreciate the history and process of the southern distillery, Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery and Corsair Distillery & Taproom are both under a mile away. For those who want to incorporate artistic experiences into their itinerary, Fisk University has a gallery .4 miles away. For local fare, the famous Nashville Farmers Market is 1.4 miles away and a must-visit to stock the house with fresh produce! Crafts, classes, and chef demos are available at the market. When you’re ready to go beyond the immediate neighborhood, downtown Nashville will treat you to noteworthy historical sites, restaurants, honky tonks, and more!

Check in was at 4pm. Got there at 630pm to find property had not been cleaned. Dirty towels, trash and beds not made. After driving for 10hrs itâ€™s not what we wanted to deal with. Left the house for couple hours so they could come clean. Nothing offered to make up for it. Never checked on again to make sure place actually got cleaned. Location is close to downtown. That was nice. Beds are comfy. Donâ€™t plan on using the couch as a pullout bed. Super uncomfortable. My son ended up sleeping on the floor because it was better than the couch.

Great Stay

House had everything we needed. Decor was adorable. Parking ample. Very close to downtown. Traffic a little fast and close on the street, but we were in a city, so what else is there to expect? We were there for the bomb cyclone “weather event” so the whole city was shut down. Temp was one degree. As a result, we really enjoyed being inside together, almost the entire stay lol. We will visit Nashville again in better weather so we can actually see the city. We would not hesitate to book the same house.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Quiet location close to downtown

Nice little house with a location convenient to downtown. Not what you’d expect for a neighborhood but worked out well for easy driving or Uber access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great for those who don’t need a space to hang out as there really wasn’t one shy of a sofa and wood stools/metal chairs. No outdoor area to hang out. There’s a tiny outdoor spot with table and 2 chairs that was unfortunately not clean and in an awkward location so really not meant for gathering with your traveling companions. Bedrooms have Jack & Jill style bathroom with a bit of an unusual layout but worked well with sinks accessible outside the separate shower/commode. King bed did not have king sheet/comforter which would be a nice improvement for guests but it was clean and comfortable. Hole in the ceiling over the bed was a tad concerning. Kitchen had the basics needed and enough space for our short 4 night stay. Overall it was a cute house and was super quiet. No noise between rooms or from the outside.
