Hale Kuna is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, perfect for a small family or group of friends. This standout unit features a private lanai with peaceful views of the resort pool and even a peek of the blue ocean beyond. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

  1. Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
  2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  3. There is a specific spot for our guests to park, only one spot it is right by the elevator. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  4. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
  5. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
  6. Pets are not allowed.
