Awesome location with a private lanai situated right over the ocean! This very well kept 1 bedroom 1 bath unit boasts comfort in paradise, with all the amenities of home. A queen sized bed is in the master room and a sofa sleeper in the perfectly sized living room. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen. Nicely furnished and has tiled floors except the bedroom where there is carpeting.

- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
- The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
- Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.

Beautiful!

The main thing that was missing that we're use to as a necessity being Florida natives was central A/C or even a window A/C unit - there were only ceiling fans and portable oscillating fans made for sleeping at nights kind of uncomfortable, even with having the sliding door and windows open with the screens shut, of course. Locals on the island rely on the ocean breeze to help keep indoors cooled so A/C is not common, however, we believed it was very necessary, as Kona is notorious for being hot and both dry and humid. Additionally, as a heads up, the shower "entry" has essentially half of a see-thru glass partition? and not an actual door/partition combo, so it was a little challenging to keep the water IN the shower because it's always half open lol. So therefore, only reasons for 4 stars. We were overall happy with our stay and mahalo for the hospitality!
