  1. Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
  2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
  4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
  6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Lovely oceanfront view

We enjoyed our stay here because the patio and view were so inviting. We had mild weather for the most part, which was great, but on the day when the temp reached 85°, the house was way too hot. The patio faces the sun in the afternoon, so you just have to leave for a few hours. Clean, comfortable house. It sits on a main road, so we did have street noise at night. All things considered, I think we would stay here again.
