This beautiful Hawaiian home is located within the Royal Sea Cliff, which has the most astounding views of the Pacific Ocean atop a huge lanai. The sight from the lanai is stunning with gorgeous palm trees. Plenty of patio seating is arrange for you to indulge in the beauty of the sun setting behind the ocean. This is the quintessential home for your romantic getaway or visit with family as it can house up to 4 guests.

The home has been updated with a kitchen that has deep emerald countertops, and top quality stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any of your cooking desires. A built-in breakfast bar has seating for two, ideal for any guests who want to keep a conversation going with the chef. Dine here or outside on the lanai. The lanai has patio seating for four where you can dine with an ocean view and breeze. The panoramic views from the lanai offers a serene snapshot of the Hawaiian life to all whom decide to stay.

There are two plush chairs, a sofa, and coffee table in the living room to entertain guests. WIFI and an HD TV is readily available, as well as keyless entry into the unit. If it's warm outside, you'll stay cool inside with chilly central air conditioning. Catch a movie on TV or just lounge and spend quality time with your loved ones. The sofa functions as a Queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional space.

Around the corner is the master bedroom. The master bedroom showcases a King-sized bed, mounted TV, doors to the lanai, and a bathroom. Leave the lanai doors open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves gently crashing below. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and large vanity.

Relaxation is very easy at this marvelous home. Spend time inside or check out the other great amenities available. The housing complex has a pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, open parking, and an elevator.

  1. Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
  2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
  4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

Everything it promises to be!

This is a perfect place for couples who want a gorgeous ocean front view with a very large lanai to layout on and relax, and I do mean large!

I would guesstimate you could host 8-10 people (or more) comfortably on the lanai if you wanted to. I know I enjoyed spending every night on that lanai watching the sunset as it faces west so be prepared to catch the green flash if you are lucky!

Two pools are available, one of them is a "quiet" pool meaning typically no kids and this lanai is looking down on that pool, so noise is pretty minimal, but really most of the noise from below you is drowned out from the noise of the ocean crashing into the lava rocks.

The kitchen appears to be recently renovated with newer appliances and the host offers a great variety of kitchen accessories to make cooking a cinch, just add groceries.

The location is awesome, you are maybe 1-1.5 miles from downtown Kona and this place is near a app-based bike rental stand so you can grab one of those and cruise down, or just walk down Alii Dr.

Parking is pretty straight forward and located on the 2nd level with an elevator to get you to the 4th floor (where the unit is).

I would absolutely stay here again 100%

Just right

My wife and I enjoyed our romantic get away for just the two of us. The single bedroom unit at the Royal Sea Cliff was perfect, we enjoyed the large private lanai with the lounge chairs and furniture. The unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets were fantastic. Close enough to Kona shops and stores, yet far enough away to not be near the crowds. The quite pool was nice, no screaming kids.

Wonderful Experience

The property is top notch and the views are incredible. The location is great in between Kona and Keauhou. Only negatives are bed is a bit old and more HD channels would be nice but who's watching TV when you're in Hawaii. I would 100% stay here every time I come to the Big Island.

Great View, Location and Unit!

We loved our stay! The corner deck was the perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The sunsets and sound of the crashing waves had us wanting to stay home instead of venturing out. Our only problem was that the tub would not drain. We called for service and we were still standing in water during our showers. However, it was not a deal breaker, and we would recommend this property to others

Not for the noise sensitive.

The complex was well maintained. The unit was very nice. Updated and clean. The deck did have a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and the quiet pool. The employees of the Sea Cliff were all very nice and professional. But... we could not open the bedroom sliding door at night or sit on the patio to eat at the table because on the roof of the units below the covered part of the patio were 5 exhaust fans that ran 24/7. The fan unit closest to the patio (about 10 ft below) was making a really loud clattering noise. We called maintenance and were told the fan units were 36 years old and that the bearing was probably going out. A few days after we reported it to maintenance they did try to fix it, but the fix only lasted about 24 hours and then the rest of our trip we simply had to put up with the noise. It was really a shame because if it weren't for the noise which you could hear above the crashing waves the unit would have been perfect. So, if you are at all sensitive to noise I would not recommend this unit. If noise doesn't bother you the unit is great.
