Horizons 4 is located in downtown Mammoth Lakes. The area is perfect for accessing year-round activities from hitting the mountain to hiking and biking. Skiers and snowboarders will love the nearby green line shuttle stop which travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Golf courses are a quick drive or Uber away.

The complex amenities are managed by the HOA, they have closed the pool, hot tub and rec center till the first week of August for repairs.

Enter into the unit and hang your coats on the mud room wall. This condo has cozy mountain decor and details throughout. There is a wood burning fireplace, TV, and DVD player in the living room. Get cozy with some hot chocolate or morning coffee with the fireplace going. The couch here also functions as a sofa sleeper.

Stainless steel appliances are equipped to help a chef cook anything from delicious snacks to mouthwatering meals. There is a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and so much more for you to feel right at home. The dining table has seating for 4.

A spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a Twin bunkbed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom holds a Queen bed and another Twin bunkbed. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is available for guests to share.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- Commencing on April 22nd, all amenities (sauna, bathrooms, jacuzzi and laundry room) will not be operational during this time.
- Please note that both the pool and Jacuzzi are out of order until further notice.

Very nice place to stay

This townhouse worked very well for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids (10, 8, almost 2). Really happy that is was a single store and on the ground level. It's is kind of dark - nothing owners can really do about that. Kitchen is perfectly equipped to meet all your cooking needs, loved having the breakfast bar (to keep littles out of the kitchen haha). Lots of room to spread out. Staff on "emergency line" were awesome, nobody else was answering phones so tried that number about getting a port-a-crib/play pen and the guy brought it over ASAP, thank you! I read about other concerns for 1 bunk bed not having a rail - that is still an issue. Also, the "fitted" sheets are to small for the size of the beds, they pull off the corners each night. Shampoo, conditioner, soap were all provided, nice touch. Pool advertised as "heated" for summer, it was cold. Bummer that all but the ping pong table require $$$ to play in the community game room.

Awesome place!

We had such a good time here with our group. We had 5 adults and I wouldn’t suggest many more than that but it would be great for families with kids. Couldn’t find any dish towels, so I think that would be a helpful addition. Other than that..... we can’t wait to come back here!!!!

Clean and compact
