Horizons 4 is in a great location of Mammoth Lakes with year-round activities nearby. Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive away. Skiers and snowboarders will love and utilize the nearby shuttle stop. The green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

The complex amenities managed by the HOA has closed the pool, hot tub and rec center till the first week of August for repairs.

The living room has a beautiful pellet stove, great for warming up after hitting the slopes. Large plush couches circle the TV. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. This will be a popular spot to watch a movie and unwind at the end of the night. A DVD player and high-speed internet are offered for your entertainment.

Enjoy homemade meals instead of going out. The kitchen has a toaster, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, wine are and more. Right by the kitchen is a dining table for 4.

Near the entryway of the home is perfect for the kids. An alcove has a Twin bunk bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a Full bed, TV, and bathroom.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- Commencing on April 22nd, all amenities (sauna, bathrooms, jacuzzi and laundry room) will not be operational during this time.
- Please note that both the pool and Jacuzzi are out of order until further notice.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Wonderful Getaway

Very clean, very comfortable with everything you need for cooking. Maybe we are just old and unable to figure out how to get the best out of the TV, but my only suggestion would be some written instructions on how to use all the remotes, etc. Very nice quiet units, even for the 4th of July. We would not hesitate staying here again for another extended amount of time. It was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Nice condo, good location

Worked out well for our ski vacation. Good value. Nice kitchen. Wifi works well. Heater easy to control. Hot tub had broken jets and was not as hot as we like, but it was ok. Still have to drive to management office to get keys and drop off keys. Why not install a key lockbox at the condo?

Mammoth Mountain Ski Condo

Great location. Enjoyed the stay and access to the slopes was a quick trip from house to slopes via convenient bus service. Only minus was the kitchen and kitchen equipment was a bit dated. I prepped a lot of food before going so wasn’t an issue. All in all had a great stay here.

Cozy Ski Condo

Cozy one bedroom condo steps from the Green Line to Eagle Lodge and Red Line to The Village. We utilized the coin-op laundry in the commons room twice. The snow removal team was amazing! Everything in the condo worked properly. Short walk to Vons, ski shop, brewery, burritos, and movie theatre.

Wonderful trip

The condo was a good landing pad. The bathroom felt a little grungy with mildew around caulking and dust build up around top of shower and baseboards, but everything else in the condo felt clean. Things are definitely dated but comfortable and well equipped. I had some trouble checking in because the combination on the box (for key pick up) would not work for me. Someone came and opened it after a short wait. We had a fantastic time. The condo was in a great location to get to all the fun things we wanted to do. We slept well and we were glad to have a full kitchen for meals. Thanks a ton.

Nice but small! Needed more toilet paper and towels but local agent was prompt in supplying. Jacuzzi was cloudy. Door jammed in master bedroom. Good for 4 (2 kids) not 5. Well stocked kitchen.

Worn couches but overall inviting and cozy

The couches are worn and old; the seat cushions were awkward and kept sliding out making the couches less comfortable. Shower is tiny. And there is a random sink and mirror in master bedroom; I grew to love it. My kids loved the bunk beds (although there is a 150 lb max on the top bunk and the light from the front door shines through and onto the inhabitants). My husband wanted to sleep there one night and didn’t fit. Well stocked place. Spa amenities were great: spa, sauna and game room. However, you should bring your quarters if you want to play any video games or pool. Everything except ping pong costs money. Within walking distance to Vons and many other restaurants and movie theatre. Tip: Giovanni’s was great for pizza with kids.

Liked upgrades, end unit close to street so a little loud and longer walk from parking. Shower was great however kitchen water pressure was weak. Couch is more comfortable than the old school pullout bed. WiFi didn't work. Good size unit for family of four not much more.
