Crestview #49 is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium located in Mammoth Lakes. You will find yourself located in a great area with easy access to year-round seasonal activities. Guests will love the short distance to both the mountain and downtown. You will be nearby the Canyon Lodge and the Village Gondola. The Blue Line Shuttle travels here for free. Restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, and golf courses are all a quick car ride away.

The home has an open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all appliances to help a chef prepare anything from tasty snacks to gourmet meals. 3 guests can keep the conversation going with the chef by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. A formal dining table with seating for 4 is steps away, so you can enjoy a home cooked meal together.

The living room has a fireplace to warm up next to after a day spent skiing and snowboarding. Plenty of seating is placed in front of the 42" flat screen TV. A DVD player, high speed internet access, and firewood are provided for your enjoyment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper, and there is a separate alcove area with a futon sleeper. Be sure to step outside onto the private balcony and indulge in the surrounding mountain view.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and TV. There is an attached master bathroom for privacy. The master bathroom is assembled with a shower/tub combo and a separate vanity area. The second bedroom can be suitable for housing the kids with 2 Twin-sized beds. A full bathroom is accessible for guests to share.

Crestview offers several other amenities for their guests to utilize during their stay. There is 1 unassigned underground parking space (garage height 6'10"), ski lockers (please bring your own lock), laundry facilities, a sauna, club house with a game room, tennis courts, and a hot tub.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Outdated but good location

The location is central and close to everything. The condo itself is out dated, but everything worked fine. No air so it got a little warm at night when trying to sleep. Opening the windows helps but we couldn’t because of the smoke from the fires. Any other time probably would be fine. Overall, it was adequate, especially for the price.
