Overall this is a solid option. Location in Old Mammoth works if you are good with driving or shuttling to the mountain. Apartment is clean and, shockingly, more updated than the pictures on the posting. Not sure how you remodel a kitchen completely and dont update the images, but just know that the kitchen is all new. Close to Vons & shuttle stops. If you're a light sleeper be aware that the ceiling is made of paper. If anyone is staying above you, a pin drop sounds like a bowling ball. I didnt mind, but I'm not a light sleeper. Bunk beds are fine, but as others have mentioned the top one is pretty unsafe without a railing. It is narrow and high, so I wouldnt sleep on it. Bunks are narrow but comfy, but would only use the bottom safely. Didnt love the lack of communication. Was told the chimney was covered in snow, and when I saw that the roofs were being cleared off I reached out several times to ask if mine was good to use and never got anything back. Keep in mind it was in the single digits, so a fire would have been nice. Finally decided the last night that it'd be OK and then realized that the lighter they gave was out of fuel and the matches were dried out so they wouldnt stay lit. So no fire/no response. But, to circle it back, it was a solid place that was comfortable and clean and had parking and a hot tub, etc so it certainly was worth staying in. Just wanted to be transparent for future renters and for property managers to know where improvement is possible.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. I have always had a 3:00 check in and an 11:00 checkout. I also have never paid for an early check in. I think the 50 dollar fee to check in 2 hours early is thievery! There is no sign that we saw that stipulates the combination locks don’t work until 4:00 exactly. I feel I should be able to be in my room at 4:00, you should let people access the keys at 3:45. Another thing, the deadbolt lock does not work! I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Very nice place

Really enjoyed this property - very clean, everything recently renovated, convenient ground level location. Kitchen had everything we needed. New comfortable furniture including memory foam sofa bed. Nice ski gear rack area too. Honestly one of the nicest units I've rented over many trips to Mammoth. Only complaint is the upstairs neighbor can be heard at every footstep but worth it not having to lug all our junk up and down stairs

Kitchen- bring your own condiments including coffee. They supply new sponge, liquid detergent, hand soap and cascade. Bedroom-they have blankets in the closet but you can bring your own due to covid. Paper goods-no Kleenex at condo. They supply 2 rolls of tp. Bathtub is extremely slippery so be careful. Upstairs floors make a lot of squeaky noise so loud it sounds like someone is in your condo. Swimming pool was open -surprisingly but the jacuzzi and game room was closed.

It looked so outdated in the pictures. The condo was more modern than it looked in the pictures. They had all we needed . FYI take your own coffee. There was a little . So we had to go to Vons near by to get some, we left half in the cabinet.! They had some things in the pantry like salt. Pepper. They had all the utensil, plates. Cups,... the bunk beds though was way too narrow my kids didn’t sleep on it because, They were scared they can fall off, really narrow not a size of twin bed it was maybe half the size of a twin bed. Also the balcony was full of chopped wood , we could not enjoy sitting outside having our coffee, But we enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for 5 night.

Water leak was flowing into kitchen when we arrived. After several attempts to contact the company, I finally reached someone. From that point forward they did their best to resolve the issue and provide several options to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The place was nicely upgraded and very clean. When we arrived there was no wood but I called the service line and some one brought wood over very fast which was good service. The place is very basic, make sure you bring everything you need. One thing to keep in mind - the bottom bunk bed is only suitable for children and honestly the top but is not suitable for anyone, it's really narrow and dangerous (especially for small children). Other than that the place was super conveniently located and we had a great time. Thanks so much!

I just would caution those traveling with all adults as the bunk beds are narrower than a twin mattress, ok for kids, a little comical for the two grown men we had sleep there. I would also recommend picking up extra towels from Grand Mammoth Resorts, or bringing your own if you check-in late. There were only 4 towels in the unit even though the place is advertised to sleep up to 6. All that aside, we enjoyed our stay!

Updated cool modern condo with pleanty of room for four. Easy access to eagle lodge via the green line and near pleanty of places to eat.

Nicely remodeled condo in a great location. Shuttle to Mammoth skiing is acrosss the street. Management is very nice.

The condo was updated from the photos posted at the time of booking, which was a nice surprise. Nicely decorated, very clean and stocked with all the kitchen items needed to prepare a good meal (except for the food), basic shower toiletries, linens, blankets, and wood for a nice fire. A couple of items to watch for are the bunk bed mattresses are too big for the beds, so they're inclined (we adjusted them by placing a support underneath) and the bedroom thermostat had no instructions but we were able to find them online. We needed to book another week, this month, but unfortunately, this place was unavailable. We'll look for it again in the future.
