Horizons 4 Condominiums is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive. The green line shuttle is nearby perfect for winter skiers and snowboarders. The green line shuttle takes you to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. There is 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with a bonus alcove, perfect for 6 guests.

A quaint living room invites you to come to sit by the fireplace. Plenty of seating options circle the flat screen TV. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping options. You will feel right at home with high-speed internet access. Enjoy your private balcony and catch a breath of fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cozy dinners. A dining table is steps away from the kitchen. A built-in breakfast bar offers 3 additional dining seats.

The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a TV for your comfort. The remaining sleeping options are located in the alcove by the front door. This area is great for accommodating kids with a Twin-sized bunk bed. Guests can share the bathroom equipped with a shower and tub combo.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- The management of Horizons 4 complex has decided to close the walkways from the back to the pool area. The reason for this is due to the heavy snowfall in the area, which has resulted in snow banks as tall as 15 feet and a narrow walkway. The snow is very heavy and wet, which poses a risk of collapsing. In the foreseeable future please access the hot tub and club house from the gate facing Azimuth Road.

Good stay during a bad storm

Unfortunately, we did end up staying inside this condo for a longer amount time than we anticipated, as this was a snowboard trip. Therefore, I think this review has decent credibility. The check-in process was a bit outdated, as a door code would be a lot more convenient. I've stayed at a lot of different condos in the past in Mammoth Lakes and this is starting to become the norm. On entry to the condo, everything was clean and nicely laid out. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware as well as a decent amount of spices. The space was honestly larger than we anticipated and with 4 adults, it was perfectly adequate. The sleeping space was quite good as well, as I could see this fitting 6 people. The bunk beds surprisingly fit an average size male, though it is a twin. Some notable complaints were just some dirty/old pillowcases that should be replaced as well as the owners skimping out on giving us supplies. For our 3 night stay, we were given one roll of paper towels. In this economy, I'll be understanding and say this wasn't that big of a deal, because they did tell us to bring our own stuff but......Overall, it was a nice and cozy place to stay at for a couple days while being snowed and the mountain losing power.

At arrival, the manager was not very friendly/nice, but I received the keys. The condo was a nice stay, but is dated and in need of upgrades. Floors and walls were a bit dirty and bathroom was tiny and dated. Communication through the app was excellent! Thank you!

Kitchen had plenty of pots , pans , dishes......The price was right. It was a lot better then staying at a local motel, lot more space. Had a good time.

Great place for snowboarding

I thought the property was a little overpriced because it was outdated and somewhat small, but the location made up for it, looking at other properties in mammoth, it is competitively priced. We were fired up for the hot tub and pool table, but alas the hot tub was more like a warm tub with one jet. The pool table in the game room closed at 10pm, and you could count on encountering screaming kids right up until they locked the doors at 10. Checkin was easy and grand resorts checked in with me a couple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Fireplace in the unit was awesome as well. Overall, 4 stars

Cozy and comfortable

Convenient to the bus running up the mountain, and to Vons for supermarket shopping. Easy to keep warm, especially with the fireplace (and lots of wood was available). Lots of pots and pans, plates, and cups, for in-home cooking and eating. My wife was only unhappy about the lack of a hairdryer. Would happily stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

The property was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, Vons, and the shuttle bus. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Only two small things, we were only provided enough towels for 4 despite indicating there would be 6 of us, for additional towels we would have had to contact the office offsite so we just made due with what we had. Had all the kitchen had everything except for a cork screw to open our wine bottles. Had to borrow one from another unit. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we will definitely look to book it again in the future.
