Sierra Manors is located in a prime area of Mammoth Lakes just off of Old Mammoth Road. Visitors will find themselves within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. A short drive will take you to the Village or the Eagle Express chairlift. During the winter, the red line travels to and from the Village and Main Lodge. Golfing, hiking, and biking trails are also close by.

The living room has two futon couches placed around a fireplace and 32" flat-screen TV. The futons can serve as additional bedding if needed. A DVD player, Apple TV, and WIFI are provided for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are also tucked away handy for longer visits, wet snow gear, or swimsuits. A full bathroom is available for all guests to share.

Skip the hassle of waiting in line at a restaurant and cook mouth watering meals in the comfort of your own vacation rental. The kitchen has updated black appliances and granite countertops. Prepare your favorite dish for all your guests to enjoy. Your guests will be eager to sit down at the dining table for a home cooked meal.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. Upstairs in a lofted room there are 2 Queen beds.

Sierra Manors offers outdoor parking, 3 enclosed spas, a recreation room, and shared laundry facilities. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Comfortable stay but the heating system could not warm the unit well. The wood provided for the wood stove did not fit the stove. Had proper sized forewood been provided would have made the stay more comfortable.

Cozy Condo for Four

We enjoyed our visit. This is a very nice property, well maintained with a great location. We took the red line shuttle (the stop is right down the street) to the mountain every day - very convenient. Also nice to be close to restaurants and shopping. We could have used another bathroom. The place is a bit "cozy" for four adults and while it says it can sleep six...I don't recommend it for that many people as it's pretty small.

Great Experience. High Quality Finishes & Furniture. Convenient Location

Our family had a great experience at this property. The kids loved staying in the loft and my wife and I were very comfortable in the spacious bedroom downstairs. All of the furniture, appliances, floors, bedding, utensils were new , clean and comfortable. We've rented many many condos in Mammoth Lakes and this was one of our favorites. We'll definitely stay here again.

Carpet was on the dingy side, but understandable since people who stay there typically hike around/fish at the lakes, etc. Ceiling fan did not work, but Carlos from the property management was kind enough to come and fix it. Just wish he had dusted it off before he turned it on because dust flew everywhere and I am allergic to dust/dust mites. He was kind enough to bring extra plug-in fans in case the ceiling fan stopped working. Otherwise, kitchen came w/all the amenities to cook meals and there were plenty of fresh linens/towels to use.

Good value, convenient location

The condo was cozy and located close to everything in town. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Overall totally worth it for the price to sleep 5 of us. The master bed was comfortable, but the couches and upstairs beds not so much. No response from the property management when we emailed about the dishwasher and disposal not working, but there was a giant snowstorm happening.

Pretty good and pet friendly

This is perfect for a family with two kids. The kitchen is fully loaded with anything you can possibly need, the beds are comfortable. The fire pit gives it a nice, cozy touch. It is a pretty specious place and I loved the fact we can bring our dog with us. There are laundry and dryer in the unit, which came in handy. The jacuzzi is very close to the unit. It is 4-5 mins away to Eagle Lodge by car. The reasons why I am not giving it 5 stars is the carpet, it does need some cleaning, the couch is old and not comfortable at all, and two people from our party of four arrived 15mins earlier and had to wait outside until 5PM sharp as the lock on the door is somehow set up not to accept the access code until the check in time, which is 5PM. A little bit of flexibility would have been nice, especially after a long 5+ hours drive. But overall we enjoyed our stay. The management company did answer our calls and sent us a detailed email with instructions before our trip.
