Welcome to Fall Creek Retreat, a 2 bedroom condo located in Fall Creek Resort along Lake Taneycomo. Just 2.5 miles from shows, attractions, shopping and restaurants.
The cheerful living space is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the Private deck. The deck has outdoor seating, a beautiful view of Pointe Royale golf course and pond.
Back inside a modern dining table is available for 4. Steps away in the kitchen area, you can find everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs. Here you can also find a stackable washer and dryer.
Bedroom #1 on the main floor offers a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway, it is equipped with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 on the loft style upper floor offers a Queen bed, TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is also equipped with a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-2 first-come, first-serve parking spaces are available.
- This is a walk-up unit and requires stairs to gain access to main entry.
-Washer and dryer are for guest use.
- Communal pool and hot tub facilities are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Condo is located within a few miles of Table Rock Lake and resort sits on Lake Taneycomo, providing some of the best fly-fishing in the state of Missouri. A short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake which offers jet skis, boat rental, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, and water skiing. Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, White Water and many golf courses are nearby. It’s only 2.5 miles from the Branson 'strip' (highway 76, "Country Music Blvd"), and 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake, Table Rock Dam, Fish Hatchery and more!

House rules
- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

We loved this condo!

The best little condo with a great location! We loved everything about this place. Our only issue was a non working coffee pot and with 4 coffee drinking women after a night of adult cocktails, we were ready for morning coffee! Nothing a short run to the gas station couldn’t fix but would’ve been nice to have one on the property. Otherwise, it was a 10/10.

Great Trip

The "loft-style" layout was perfect to give the little ones their own bed and bathroom yet peace of mind knowing they were safe and secure upstairs.
