This exciting opportunity combines 2 separate studio units into one easy rental, offering private spaces for you and your group to spread out with communal spaces for reconnecting and swapping exciting stories from the day’s activities.

Located within the Tan-Tar-A Estates, not only will you enjoy a private retreat to rest and recharge after busy days of exploring the area, but you’ll also have access to fabulous onsite amenities. Two seasonal pools are available to help cool you down during the warmer months, or you can head into the adjacent Margaritaville Lake Resort to really turn up the fun with horseback riding, bowling, boat cruises, and even an indoor water park. Perhaps you’d rather spend your day on the links playing a leisurely round of golf on either of the challenging courses, afterward enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa.

There’s also plenty more to see and do away from the home in surrounding Osage Beach. The Big Surf Waterpark is a quick 10-minute drive south, helping you beat the heat with a wave pool, waterslides, a floating river, white water rapids, and more. The kid in you will come alive during a round of mini golf, zipping around in go-carts, or soaring to new heights at the trampoline park. Afterward, enjoy a more leisurely pace by exploring the local boutiques, discovering a new local restaurant, or catching a new movie release at the theater.

Back inside, kitchenettes offer a mini fridge perfect for storing your snacks and beverages, along with a microwave for heating up quick meals on the go. Combined, these studios comfortably sleep 8 guests, 4 guests in each between 2 luxurious queen size beds fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets. Full guest bathrooms both include a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• These homes do not offer laundry facilities.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is available onsite, however not within walking distance of the home.
• These homes are ground-level with steps leading down to the front doors.
• Deck space is shared between both units. Units can be booked separately or together.
• Guests will enter through a shared entrance on the main level. Please be aware that the upper-floor unit is occupied by a long-term tenant and this space is not accessible to guests. Access to both units is available on the lower floor. Kindly note that guests must use the stairs to reach these lower-level units.
