A jump platform, paddleboat, water mat, and kayaks are all waiting to provide you and the family with hours of water-themed fun. The spacious dock provides shaded seating along with its own refrigerator, so you don’t have to go far for a snack or refreshing beverage. If you’re bringing your own boat along, storage is a literal breeze in the private, 14x40 boat slip. The home is just minutes from scenic Bagnell Dam and the strip offering a variety of food and drink options along with a fun atmosphere that only living on the lake can provide. If you want to leave the car or boat behind in search of a great meal, however, you’ll find 2 restaurants within a mile of your front door. The golfers in your crew will delight at the availability of challenging local courses such as the Lodge of Four Seasons, 6 minutes away, and offering a spa and restaurant for post-round enjoyment.

All these exciting features and we haven’t even gotten to the home’s interior yet! Plentiful private spaces allow you to unwind at your leisure, paired wonderfully with common areas designed for gathering and entertainment. Relax in the living room on the plush sofa seating while you stream a movie or your favorite show on the mounted smart TV, or host a family game night courtesy of the provided board games. The open floor plan leads you into the modern kitchen, showcasing stone countertops and backsplash along with ample cabinetry storing all the cookware and dining ware needed for whipping up delicious family-style meals. Enjoy casual bites at the island with seating for 2 or take formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 6. If you prefer to dine al fresco, seating for 4 can be found right outside through the sliding glass doors and onto the patio.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and deck access.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed along with an additional freestanding queen bed.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with overflow for 3 additional vehicles in the private parking lot.
• This home has a steep driveway. Guests are asked to use caution.
• This home is next door to a new construction home. Some noise is to be expected.
• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door and the back sliding door. The camera at the side door is directed at the driveway and the fourth camera is on the dock directed at the boat.
• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional daily pet fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Bachelor and bachelorette gatherings are welcome! We just ask that guest respect the house and neighbors, and follow the quiet time hours.

PET RULES:
We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

- Number and Type of Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. We accept dogs, cats, and small caged animals. Please contact us in advance if you have exotic pets or unusual animals to confirm their eligibility.
- Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
- Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
- Cleaning Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
- Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
- Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
