Enjoy evenings under the stars preparing delicious snacks over the fire on the martini deck overlooking the water. The home is also in a convenient location for taking advantage of the area’s best features, most of which are just a short drive away. You can find wonderful boutique shopping in Sunrise Beach and exciting activities such as bowling and axe throwing down the road in Laurie, with a variety of restaurants in all directions serving up delicious local fare. A bit further out and you’ll be at Osage Beach & Bagnall Dam Strip where you can stop at scenic overlooks for panoramic views of this stunning area.

Indoors, your comfort has been kept top of mind, newly furnished with cozy furnishings, glossy hardwood flooring, and charming décor. The open floor plan organically combines spaces together, creating a hub for relaxation as well as entertainment. The living room offers plush sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV for downtime spent streaming all your favorite shows. Plenty of family-friendly amenities have been provided to make the most out of your stay, with kid’s table and toys readily available to keep the little ones busy all day. Enjoy meals seated together at the dining room table with room for 6, with additional al fresco dining space out under the covered deck. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for whatever your culinary aspirations. The drip coffee maker is sure to be your first stop in the morning, and your fresh cup of coffee will be best enjoyed outdoors as you take in the tranquil scene of the river passing idly by.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed with an additional freestanding queen bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Boat trailer parking also available.
• Ring doorbell camera on the front door. The house does have an old security system that is not currently active. The control panel for the system is by the front door. The control panel has a digital screen and a camera that faces the living room. The camera on this device is not active but it will still be covered up.
• House Rules:

o This is a family friendly home and neighborhood. Please treat home and areas with care and respect.
