Soak up the sun or enjoy a lunch al fresco on the spacious waterside deck, taking breaks to head out onto the water from your private dock on the provided paddleboards and kayaks. As you head out away from the home to explore the greater Lake Ozark area, plan a visit to Bagnell Dam, less than 20 minutes away, and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a king size sleeper sofa, and queen size murphy bed.

Bedroom #3, above the garage, includes 2 sofa sleepers that convert into 4 twin beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms in the main home, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Garage and driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is mounted above the garage door actively monitoring the street and parking area. The second is located on the side of the garage actively monitoring the stairs that lead down to the main house. The third is located at the top of stairs on the garage actively monitoring the stairs and entrance.
