Welcome to The Lakepod at Abbey Springs! This charming 2-bedroom condo is just moments from sparkling Geneva Lake, enveloped within a secluded forested neighborhood on the southern shores. As part of the exclusive Abbey Springs community, guests will enjoy an abundance of amenities such as a private beach, pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and onsite dining venues – just to name a few! Courtesy of golf cart provided to you for use during your stay, you’ll find zipping around from place-to-place literal breeze. Speaking of golf carts, golf enthusiasts among you can try out their swing on the championship Abbey Springs golf course for an unforgettable round on challenging fairways surrounded by lush scenery and breathtaking views. You will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences. The only problem you’ll experience here is not having enough time to see and do it all!

The condo’s inviting interior is an ideal blend of comfort and class, with nautical themed décor bringing the lake even closer to home. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating with a smart TV ready to host a night of bingeing your favorite show. The well-equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware and dining ware, and you may actually enjoy whipping up homecooked meals even while on vacation courtesy of the stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space. Four high-top stools can accommodate meal prep as well as dining, or you may prefer to dine al fresco on the patio where a table and chairs set can fit 6. The barbeque master among you will enjoy spending time outdoors preparing a delicious grilled feast while taking in the fresh lake air.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, work desk with chair, and access onto the patio.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and access onto the patio.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles – first come, first served.
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging. You have access to the golf cart for use within Abbey Springs during your stay.
