Back inside, the living area is bright and roomy, with an abundance of natural light. Soft, pastel shades and contemporary interiors blend tastefully with modern décor, and furnishing. The comfy sofa converts to a Queen sofa sleeper, in front of the Smart TV. Large sliders open onto an airy balcony, featuring outdoor furniture and lush views.

Brought alive with palettes of light blues and greys, the adjoining open-plan kitchen is stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wine ware. The 6-seater wooden indoor dining table is perfect for cozy family meals.

The home sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.

Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit.

-A sofa-sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area.

-A washer/dryer is included.

-Parking is available onsite.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit next door can be rented together. To rent both units look for Holiday Ridge Retreat Duo or contact Customer Care.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

The home is 3-miles from historic downtown Branson, a hub of family-oriented tourism. Pulsating with live music fests, rustic steakhouses, trendy boutiques and fascinating wineries, there is something for everybody.

The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

House rules

  1. Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
  2. A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
  3. This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
  4. Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
  5. Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
  6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
  7. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
  8. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
  9. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
  10. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
