The Hillwood Nest is a stylish home with retro accents and colorful furnishings. You'll be a short 15 minute Uber ride away from the heart of Nashville. Explore Music Row and learn about Nashville's entertainment industry or check out one of the numerous museums in Downtown Nashville. Don't forget to dine out at the local restaurants and breweries that the city has to offer!
The living room is furnished with colorful furniture around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). Right behind the sofa is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is great for cooking homemade meals and is equipped with a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Don't forget a hearty breakfast before exploring the town!
There is a Queen bedroom with another Smart TV and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is one parking spot provided.
Please note:
If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
There is a private washer and dryer available for guest use.
There is a unit above Hillwood Nest - in the event you experience disturbance issues with our additional unit (Hillwood Hideaway), please contact our Customer Care team for resolution.

It worked but needs improvement

The location was hard to find as it's behind a business with no clear indication. It's farther from downtown than listed by 8-10 min. The toilet is still loose and moves every time in use. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. When we did laundry, water leaked all over the floor which was challenging to clean up without extra towels and forced us to spend $20 at the laundry mat to finish the clothes. The property mgmt took awhile to respond leaving us to handle ourselves. The space itself has what you need and is located to convenient shopping and restaurants.

This was a great little modern place. Safe neighborhood, close to everything. As with all previous reviews, toilet needs to be bolted down and bathroom sink drained slow. Other than that ot was great.

It’s very noisy. The parking is congested at a times taken. The toilet is loose in the floor but not leaking. The bathroom sink is clogged and does not drain. Otherwise it is clean, cool, and comfortable.

My wife and I had a long weekend in Nashville and this was the perfect size for the 2 of us and 2 dogs. The location was close enough that we could easily get places, but quiet at night- and we felt safe walking dogs in the neighborhood at night. Would stay again!

Good place to stay for the price!

Cute little place! Definitely located in an odd location (it’s a small complex of about 2-4 apartments located kind of in an alley behind two businesses) this is not to say the area didn’t feel safe. For Nashville the area felt very clean and quaint. There’s a target, Whole Foods and other stores directly across a busier road so super accessible with a quick drive and only about 15 minutes from downtown. We ended up using Lyft to go into the city and the rides were never more than 15$. I don’t think there was anyone in the surrounding apartments while we were there so it was quite nice and perfect for us and our two dogs. This seems to be through a company but their replies were always quick and they were very helpful! The only thing I wish they had done is provided the letter for the place. Directions to which apartment was ours was a little tricky but after calling they helped us really quick and easily! There was a set of towels for 2 people and a washer and dryer very nice place for 2 people to stay for a few days!

The location was great , which was all we were looking for. The room was down to bare basics come prepared. Says it sleeps 4 there is no way. Sofa was so uncomfortable you could hardly sit on more less sleep. Overall fantastic just depending on your expectaations .

Short from Perfect

The VBRO looked like the pictures and was for the most part clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The futon couch was ok. The property was in an odd location but in a decent part of town. It’s about 15-20 minutes from Broadway St. The VRBO lacked supply for guests. I had three guest and was only given two hand towels and two bath towels for 4 days and 4 nights. There was an extra towel in the closet, but it had a sappy substance on it and could not be used. There properly provided k-cups for coffee but there was no sugar and only three coffee cups. The closest grocery store, Target, was down the road, but it crossed a busy road and was not safe to walk to. I was denied a late check out (I asked to leave at 12:00 instead of 10:00) because of “CDC cleaning guidelines” (which is funny because hotels still allow for late checkout.) I had to adjust my plans and skip brunch before I caught my flight. My friends and I had to stay in the airport in the airport 3 hours before boarding time. The wi-fi was spotty. It really only worked in the living room. For the most part, I used a free, public hotspot that was available.
