The Bedroom #2 has a comfy queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds, right next door is a full bathroom with shower-tub combo and right up the stairs is the coolest room in the house! Bedroom #3 boasts a lofted queen bed, overlooking a seating area and TV. The grownups and kids will have to draw straws for this lavish loft!

Built for the owner’s grandkids, this apartment features a massive island in the kitchen, big enough for the whole crew to put away a breakfast before hitting the slopes. The kitchen also features a murphy bed, extendable breakfast table and large windows flooding the area with natural light and overlooking a private courtyard where you will find this Park Ave condo’s prize possession, the hot tub, where someone is bound to jump in before you head out for the day.

The condo also has a spacious living room, large fireplace and a sliding door leading to the patio area that runs into a lushes green lawn where taking a nap in the shade of the trees during the summer months is a must!

When it’s time to conquer the great outdoors Park Ave Perfection has you covered. Stroll outside, where a few steps away, you can catch a High Valley Transit bus to any of the Park City or Deer Valley ski resorts, downtown and most transport hubs completely free with app download!

But there is no need for shuttles or buses when you are staying at the Park Ave Perfection. Grab your gear and saunter through the masses looking for parking as you are only a short walk away from the Park City Mountain Resort which also gives you access to Canyons Mountain Resort for word-class winter and summer sports!
