This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms between the first and third floors, as well as a full sleeper sofa in the sleeping area between the dining and living rooms.

Bedroom #1 on the third floor includes a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, private balcony, smart TV, and ensuite with separated shower and soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 on the first floor includes a king bed, patio access, and ensuite with shower.

Bedroom #3 on the first floor includes a queen bed, patio access, and ensuite with shower.

This home offers an additional half guest bathroom on the second floor.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is pet friendly. A Maximum of 2 pets, 55 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Aggressive breeds and exotic animals are not permitted. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with external security cameras, located at the front door, above the garage, and the side yard.
• This home offers parking for up to 4 vehicles in all, with 3 spaces available in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
• Washer and dryer in-unit.

• Non-Smoking property. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs, up to $1500 total. This is strictly enforced via in-house monitors.
• Maximum occupancy is 9. Maximum allowable number of cars is 4. Do not park on the street as you will be ticketed or towed.
• Quiet hours after 9pm. Strictly enforced via in-house noise monitors (these monitors do not record, only track decibel level). You may be asked to leave with no refund if Quiet hours are not respected. This is strictly controlled by the City of Ft. Lauderdale.
