The fully equipped kitchen includes small appliances like coffee maker and toaster for your convenience, in addition to standard appliances and ample counter space.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The hot tub and indoor pool is open year-round.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets with a maximum of 25 lbs each can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
