The gorgeous, open concept living space features a large sectional couch to seat your group, with lake views, gas fireplace, and smart tv all within sight. Your fully equipped kitchen is steps away, complete with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, and full suite of cookware. When you aren’t grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many local spots nearby, enjoy convenient meals at the dining table set for 6. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar, perfect for quick bites and morning coffee.

This home sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is a studio separated from the rest of the home, accessible on the ground level through the garage.

Bedroom #1 is a bunk bed room with a total of 3 full size beds and 1 twin size bed, as well as a smart tv.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed overlooking the lake and a private balcony, plus a smart tv.

Bedroom #3 features lake views from the queen size bed, private patio, fireplace, wet bar with coffee maker and fridge, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Studio separated from the rest of the home and is accessible on the ground floor through the garage for your privacy

- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.

For a quiet retreat away from urban hustle and bustle, it doesn't get any better than Big Bear Lake. Immersed in nature, this little village provides all the best of lake life in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The recreational activities in this area, such as hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing, maintain Mother Nature as the premier attraction, although shopping, dining, and live entertainment can be enjoyed in The Village.

This location is ideal for its close proximity to the lake, but it is also conveniently near Big Bear Mountain Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is less than 10 minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This is not optional, and you can incur a minimum $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake if you ignore this step. Thank you for keeping us compliant.

House rules

  1. HOUSE RULES: IMPORTANT - must read before booking!
  2. - ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM
  3. - DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00 AM
  4. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the City of Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Guide (https://www.citybigbearlake.com/images/DOWNLOADS/CITY_DEPARTMENTS/Vacationrentalprogram/Big_Bear_Good%20Neighbor_Guide_R11.pdf) and the property management’s rules before finalizing your reservation.
  5. The City of Big Bear Lake and Property Management can evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard any rules or regulations without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $500 per violation, $1000 for the second, and $1500 for the third violation. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.
  6. - OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.
  7. - PARKING: Street and yard parking is NOT allowed, please park in the driveway (or garage) or you will be fined $500 for the first citation and $1000 for each subsequent violation. Your vehicle may be towed at your own expense. Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains during the winter months. 4WD and AWD are preferred and may be needed to access the driveway during the winter months.
  8. - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
  9. - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
  10. - NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: (If this home is dog friendly): This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend to make the payment. Our pet fee is $35 per night, per dog and MUST be paid prior to arrival. They must be licensed, leashed outdoors, stay off the furniture, and never be left unattended. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. Please bring your pet’s bedding for their own comfort. You are responsible for all pet-related damage. (If not dog friendly): Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction.
  11. - NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 8 am, this includes spa usage. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.
  12. - TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please purchase travel insurance, as we do NOT refund for COVID, sicknesses, inclement weather, road closures, evacuations, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc. Again, there are NO refunds unless you purchase travel insurance.
  13. - WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You may need 4WD, AWD, or chains to access the driveway. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability and street parking is NOT allowed. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting Big Bear. We do not offer refunds for power outages or lack of access due to snow.
  14. - AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it’s important to you.
  15. - HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted. Please take this seriously.
  16. - WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, mountain lions, racoons, squirrels, mice, rats, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control indoor pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will NOT refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.
  17. - DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It is best to report all damage to us when it occurs so we may correct it for the next guest. Please be respectful of our home and we understand that accidents do happen.
  18. - SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, exterior cameras and a noise decibel monitoring system to ensure your safety. There may be exterior recordings. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
  19. - GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects every property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you will not be refunded so it is important to report them right away.

  21. - BE RESPONSIBLE: This cabin is privately owned. The homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur; damage to, or theft or loss of personal items (if found, shipping is at your expense, minimum of $50); wild or domestic animals in the area; and acts of nature.
