This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing.

This home is designed to feel cozy and inviting with an open concept space for your whole group to gather. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you’ll need for convenient meals at home. The kitchen also has a coffee maker so you can prepare a morning brew to enjoy on your private outdoor patio. When it comes to dining, quick snacks can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, while more formal meals can flow to the dining table which seats 4. If you're in the mood for a meal al fresco, you can even dine on the patio, which overlooks a community playground area where kids can have fun under your watchful eye.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 10 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
