This cozy 2-bedroom home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing.

This home, with its inviting furnishings and homey design, is the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more. Indoor leisure time can be spent in the living room with plush couches and smart tv. Sliding glass doors open right onto the balcony patio with ample seating and views overlooking one of the resort’s play areas and the river beyond.

Back inside, your bright kitchen is fully equipped to prepare quick snacks, full meals, or on-the-go lunch for your days out. Take your pick from counter seating, the breakfast nook, or the formal dining table when sharing meals at home.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 2 bedrooms and a queen size sleepers sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with a king size bed and tv.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- 2 parking spaces are provided.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 10 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
