Through the sliding glass door, step out onto the enclosed patio where you find an outdoor sofa set and a high-top table with seating for 4 where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the links or enjoy a meal al fresco in the fresh Ozark air. Back indoors, you’ll find a chic dining room table for 6 with an additional 2 seats at the nearby kitchen counter. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and dinnerware. The choice of preparing home-cooked meals or takeout from a local restaurant is all yours!

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 2 separate bedrooms and 1 loft acting as a 3rd bedroom.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and 2 twin size beds in a bunk format.

Bedroom #3 is lofted and includes a full over queen, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake and steps away from Taneycomo, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. - Please note that this is a 2nd floor walk-up unit, and that no elevator is available.
- Pet friendly! If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Flat Pet Fee of $125 will be applied after the booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets (35 lbs or less) can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
