Back at home, StoneBridge provides guests with exciting onsite amenities all of its own such as the seasonal pools, basketball court, and on-site restaurant just to name a few. The spacious yet cozy living room is a welcome place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the local sights and thrills, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa, and recliner seating, and large mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing from room to room as you step into the chic dining area with table and chairs for 6. Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a grill on the deck provides more delicious meal options which can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with additional seating for 6.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. A parking pass is required with a parking fee of $5 per car per night to be paid upon check-in.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 pet at or under 35lbs allowed. An additional pet fee of $125 will be applied after the booking is complete. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick it up after them.
- This is a walk-up unit with 4 steps leading to the entryway.
Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

House rules

  1. Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
  2. A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your date checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
  3. This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
  4. Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
  5. Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
  6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
  7. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
  8. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
  9. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
  10. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
  11. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
  12. On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
