As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.

We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.

Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.

Starting on October 1st, 2023, BV will now be charging for parking. Up until now they were the only resort in the entire Ko Olina that did not charge for parking. The fees are as follows:

$25 per car no matter the duration of their stay, this is a one time fee
$25 for an additional car, only if there is space available
$25 additional ($50 all together if they want a larger stall

The BV stall is very small, and many guests have passenger vans or large SUV's, which require a larger stall. They are required to pay this fee during check in via cash or credit card.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500.00. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. Minimum six-night stay.
