Sliding glass doors open right onto the balcony, furnished for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh ocean breeze. Back inside, the fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and casual barstool seating. A high-top table for 4 makes the perfect spot for meals at home, game nights, and spending quality time together.

This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and tv. Wall to wall glass doors provide gorgeous ocean views and access right onto the home’s oceanfront balcony.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower.
- A $40 resort fee has been included in this home’s Cleaning Costs in order to cover 1 parking pass and 4 resort wrist bands, which must be worn at all times on site.
- An additional parking pass can be purchased for $20 by contacting Customer Care.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- RENTAL AGE: Rental guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adult must be staying in the unit and available at all times. FAILURE to do so are grounds for immediate EVICTION.
