The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a townhome community situated along the fourth and twelfth fairways of the resort's North Course. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit features luxurious and tropical details/decor, and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Family and friends will love visiting the beautiful area and will have plenty of island activities surrounding them. Fairways at Mauna Lani is a short stroll to the award-winning Spa Without Walls at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The lavish Mauna Lani Spa is just a few minutes drive within the resort. Excellent dining is available at the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows. The beach is within walking distance ideal for a day trip in the sun.
This vacation home unveils with an open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen will put a chef in heaven with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Whip up an acai bowl with the blender or utilize the whole kitchen to make a multicourse meal. Seating for three is placed at the built-in breakfast bar so guests may watch and keep the chef company in the kitchen. A formal dining table has seating for four just steps away. Alternatively, step outside onto the private lanai and fire up the BBQ. A kitchenette is prepared to help you grill up a yummy snack. A patio table and chairs are arranged for an alfresco dining experience. The lanai overlooks the lush garden below.
Relax in the living room on the cozy sectional couch placed in front of the TV. A DVD player, stereo, WiFi, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Head upstairs to catch up on some rest at the end of the day. The master bedroom holds a King-sized bed and mounted TV. There is an attached master bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, standalone shower, and dual sinks. There is a door locked off with an additional guest bedroom. This room can be rented for an added on fee.
The Fairways at Mauna Lani also has a fitness room perfect for working up a sweat. Shower off and head out to the expansive pool area. There is a pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Guests also have access to the private beach club. This private beach club goes to a beautiful beach with calming waters and lounge chairs for guest use only.

Two sets of Tommy Bahama chairs would make this unit just about perfect. We would absolutely rent this unit again. Any maintenance issues we had were dealt with promptly.

by AnonymousUnit was as advertised, and extremely nice. The resort grounds are flawless. I have stayed in this resort before, and this particular unit is a really good value because you don’t pay for the unused bedroom if you are just a couple. The “owners beach” is a massive benefit to staying here. It is, for all intents and purposes, a private beach. You have gated access to the parking lot, and shade trees over your car. There is a fantastic restaurant right on the beach. And the snorkeling at the owners beach is some of the best on the island. Bring your underwater camera. It is like swimming in an aquarium. Loved it. The only glitch was that the door keypad suddenly stopped accepting the code for entry. They could not reprogram it remotely, so they simply allowed us to access the physical key which was in a lock box by the door. That was a tiny problem that was quickly resolved. Pool tended to be far too warm, but that is because of the sun. We spent our time in the ocean. Pool is lovely looking.
