Fairway Villas #K1 at the Waikoloa Beach Resort

We enjoyed the use of the pool as well as the beach toys and chairs that were available for use. We had a great time!

Took our 4 grandkids to Hawaii. The house was perfect for us. Loved the area. So convenient to markets and restaurants.

It was as described; great outdoor space and all equipped kitchen. Met all our expectations.

I just have no words to describe how we felt. It was amazing! This townhouse is the best I have ever visited. First, we loved how clean it was. Everything was well organized and ready for people. Huge size of the townhouse makes you feel relaxed and at the same time luxury. Secondly, big windows- natural light was there all the time yet the air conditioner helps to feel cool when it is so hot outside! Secondly, great beds and bedding and liens. Everything is sparkling clean and beds are sturdy and stable. Thirdly, location is SUPErB!! In few min you can reach good court or bar and the most beautiful.beach on the island! We were super happy there at the townhouse. They even have hand mixer - so much fun and so much useful!!:)

We had a wonderful time in this VRBO. Everything was convenient. Only minus was that pull out couch was listed as a bed but when we got there the couch had a sign on it that said broken. We found a cushion in the closet and were able to use that. Not the most comfortable option but so tired by end of day, didn’t mind.

We were so happy with the location and the amount of space we had. The condo is very well stocked and clean. Would book again without hesitation. Thank you!

Pluses - quiet, clean, good location for terrific beaches, king and queen mattresses very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, photos accurately represent the property. Negatives - NO smoking allowed ANYWHERE in the resort. While this is stated in the terms and conditions, we would not have stayed here if I had read this. One of our party had to walk or drive off the resort to have a smoke though we have two lovely patios a good well ventilated distance from other people. Other negatives - no corkscrew in kitchen, Several lighting fixtures had either burnt out bulbs or needed repairs, the front door keypad doesn’t work well. Frustrating, very limited soap/ tp / dishwasher detergent, etc (also mentioned in terms and conditions but seemed kind of cheap to us), and the single bed mattess was uncomfortable - very basic. The tv cable box keeps going into power save mode while we’re watching it.

We had a little trouble checking in. We wanted to drop off items purchased in the refrigerator before check-in but getting into the property is done electronically and the code opens at 4:00 sharp, so we had to get a Styrofoam cooler even though the property was cleaned and vacant. When we got in the refrigerator wasn't working and there were burnt out lightbulbs, etc. We got some more ice and used our new cooler to keep our food for the night. The next day a maintenance guy came out and apparently fixed everything while we were out. From that day forward everything went smooth---no problems. The property was fairly well supplied and comfortable. I would recommend this property--just don't hope to gain access early.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for 3 couples, a bedroom and bath for each couple. The location was perfect, close to beaches, historical sites, stores, food, and right on the golf course. Our only suggestion, they could be a little more generous with toilet tissue, one roll for each bathroom was skimpy for 6 people.

This property was clean and neat! Great space in loving are and kitchen. Super close walk to hot tub and pool. The TV was broken a bit of a bummer since we only had a few nights stay and wanted to watch a movie. Actually the place can use a bit of a pick me up. Maybe painting it ! I do love this location! Stayed in this area many times before. Thank you Kristina

This rental was easy from start to finish. Seven adults ranging in age from 22 to 96 thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Here are the best parts. 1. The reserved parking spot is very close so it was easy to load and unload the car and convenient for the mobility-challenged. 2. The unit is spacious, modern and clean with big closets. All guests with all of our stuff were accommodated. Three nice bathrooms. 3. The kitchen has ample utensils, plates, glassware, cooking and bake ware to make meals. 4. Location is ideal for access to shops, restaurants, public beach access and the Queen K highway to get around the island. 5. The unit has extras like beach chairs and toys, snorkel gear and portable crib. 6. The pool is very close and was lovely and relaxing with ample seating. 7. The management team was responsive and provided all info to make our arrival and stay sress free

We loved the location of our unit and really appreciated how well the kitchen was outfitted. Please don't take this wrong, but we suggest the couch be updated. We all have back problems and the couch sages and does not offer back support. Also, the twin bed mattresses could be updated to offer better back comfort. There weren't very many bath towels or washcloths. Thank you for the beach towels. They were great. We had a wonderful time and hope you will take our suggestions in the positive vain they were offered. Working with this rental company was easy and very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The house was clean, plenty of room for all 5 of us. Loved having a kitchen to cook a few meals in and eat outside on the patio. Great views and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around the resort. The resort had great places to eat and shop.

The house was clean, plenty of room for all 5 of us. Loved having a kitchen to cook a few meals in and eat outside on the patio. Great views and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around the resort. The resort had great places to eat and shop.
