The recreation center contains a heated, indoor pool for year-round swimming as well as a kiddie pool perfect for the little ones. A fitness center and game room can also be found indoors here, or head outdoors to the tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. Feeling up for a challenge? The 18-hole miniature golf course will delight all ages.

The adults in your group might be surprised to learn that this area is also known as the Napa Valley of the south! With 6 wineries just 20 to 30 minutes from the property, you can create your own wine tour and travel around to these beautiful properties, tasting and snacking along the way.

Back at the home, cozy spaces have been designed with your comfort in mind, featuring rustic décor and furnishings that keep you rooted in all things outdoors. The living room is an ideal setting for entertainment, offering spacious sofa seating, a gas fireplace, and smart TV. Backed up to the kitchen, no matter where you may roam you’ll never miss a conversation or feel out of the loop. Speaking of the kitchen, you’ll find it fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of cookware and dining ware. Whatever your culinary ambitions, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Enjoy your well-earned fare at the dining room table with seating for 6 or use the space to host an exhilarating game night.

But we’re not done yet! You’ll find even more thrills on the lower level where a game room is waiting to entertain your competitive side with a foosball table, dart board, variety of board games, and a second living space with sofas and smart TV for tuning into the big game. This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity and jetted tub.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include queen size beds.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, the first shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 and includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower, and the second on the lower/terrace level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Guests must provide the names of all guests ages 16 and older to the Guest Services team at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs, 50 lbs or less, allowed. Puppies are not permitted, and dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your furry friend(s), an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 will be applied after booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after making your reservation. To avoid additional fines, please be sure to pick up after your dog.
- This home offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, with space for 3 cars in front of the garage and space for 1 car in front of the house.
- Check-In is at 4:00 PM and Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. Please contact management if you need to request a change to these times. Fees may apply.
- This property has no additional Coosawattee River Resort Fee associated with the stay. The owner of this property is handling the $59 resort fee for the guests. There are 2 amenities passes available located in the home for the duration of your stay. Each pass is good for up to 4 people for a total of 8 guests.

At 5,500 acres, this amenity-packed resort in Ellijay, GA, offers 4 parks, a stocked fishing pond, a fireplace area for private events, 2 swimming pools, a recreation center, tennis courts, conference center, and more! Coosawattee River is a beautiful waterway with a wonderful paddle/canoe ride through 13 miles of class 1 and some class 2 shoals. When you’re ready for a taste of urban life, explore the nearby towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Don’t let the small-town atmosphere fool you – plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and galleries await. Book a shuttle or wine tour to one of the dozen plus nearby wineries to taste a variety of mountain wines, completing the day with views of the sunset from one of the many scenic outlooks.

The historic town of Ellijay, GA is located in Gilmer County, an area known for its agricultural way of life and laid-back tourist destinations like mountain wineries and u-pick apple orchards. Although Ellijay has a small-town atmosphere filled with nostalgia, it provides guests with access to the Southeast’s major cities including Chattanooga and Atlanta. Nestled in the green foothills of the vast Chattahoochee National Forest at the base of the Appalachian Mountain Range, Gilmer County abounds with forests, wildlife, clean air, sparkling rivers, lakes and streams. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and waterways to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the mountain fresh air and breathtaking scenery.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
