Like most visitors to Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, Jennifer and David fell in love with the mountains and aspired to make Southern California’s only four-season location their full-time home. Their family relishes good food, snowboarding, fishing, and daily hikes with their beloved dog, Zeppelin. You might spot David and Jennifer cruising around the lake on their Harley on any given day; they truly embrace the outdoor lifestyle!
A few years ago, Jennifer and David discovered Grand Welcome and were captivated by its boutique-style management approach. With Jennifer’s extensive ten-year experience in short-term rentals, her expertise in permitting, and her ability to provide realistic revenue projections for your mountain home, she has assisted over 300 homeowners in onboarding their vacation properties. David oversees operations with meticulous attention to detail and is a true “jack of all trades.”
