Step onto the inviting front porch with its classic rocking chairs before heading inside to the spacious living room, where a smart TV, sectional, and board games set the stage for family fun. The bright, airy kitchen with sleek black countertops and counter seating for two flows seamlessly into a dining area with a table for eight, perfect for gathering. Entertain in style in the private bar area, complete with stools, a mini fridge, and its own smart TV. Outdoors, you’ll find a deck with seating for six and a grill for lakeside cookouts, as well as a second deck closer to the water featuring lounge seating that leads to your private boat slip.

Enjoy the private dock and lakefront bar while you relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Norman. Unwind with a tour in one of our kayaks. Or, for those that care to enhance their Lake Norman experience, you can rent our 23’ pontoon boat docked at our private slip. The boat rental is an exclusive option for the guests of The Blue Bungalow. For those that have their own boat, there is an additional slip at the private dock.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available.
- This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras:
(1) located at the doorbell and actively monitoring the front entry and the driveway,
(2) located at the shed and actively monitoring the boat area.
- Portable crib provided.

Located 20 miles north of Charlotte, Lake Norman is the perfect place for a quick trip or small getaway anytime of the year. Stroll down the historic main streets lined with a fun mix of boutique shops, galleries and restaurants or experience the beautiful scenery by boating and fishing or hiking and biking. Nestled along the shores of North Carolina’s largest man-made lake, Mooresville, North Carolina, is a charming destination where lake life meets southern hospitality. Known as “Race City USA” for its deep ties to NASCAR, the town offers everything from motorsports attractions to waterfront dining and endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and water sports. Mooresville blends small-town charm with big-city convenience, making it a perfect getaway for everyone.

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in this residence.
- Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the rental agreement. People other than those in the guest party set forth in the agreement may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while in the residence. The homeowners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Do not flush any feminine products down the toilet. Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilets.
- Please do not use towels for makeup removal.
- Trash day is early Monday morning, so please pull trash cans up to the street on Sunday.

Additional information:
- The storage shed behind the house is not accessible to guests.
- There is no daily housekeeping. Additional cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink.
- Live TV can be watched through the smart TV. The app is labeled Spectrum and can be pulled up by pressing the house icon on the remote. You are welcome to log in and/or download your tv apps to the tv – just remember to log out upon check out.
- Hang up life jackets when not in use. Please put kayaks back on rack under the deck upside down when not in use.
- Please refrain from parking on the grass. You may park in the driveway or on the street.
