Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed.
