SoCal's Finest Gem on Dahlia

This apartment is in a perfect location in Corona Del Mar. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with a gas fireplace and a cheerful deck which looks out over the neighborhood. The bedrooms and baths are also nice. We had some issues with appliances when we arrived but these were dealt with by the host. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place in a super walkable part of CdM. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The host is super responsive. Kitchen is well stocked. Great spot!

Perfect location for a week long stay. Good location for restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, nicely furnished and nice kitchen. parking spot in back is tight! Managed in and out with a Jetta, but any bigger car wouldn't fit. We'll be back

My mom and I came to the area for my father’s memorial and felt very much at home in this sweet little place. It does need a few repairs- cabinet hinges need replacing due to humidity no doubt, carpet in both rooms needs light cleaning, lamp in main bedroom has a broken chain and there was no ironing board. None of these things would deter us from returning. In fact they replaced the couch, which needed it, with a really comfortable brand new one during our stay! For this I’d give six stars. It’s one of the best walkable neighborhoods for beach access, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our rate was very reasonable for the quality. Keep in mind like most beach towns homes are very close to each other so neighbor noise is a factor. Even so, the place felt very cozy and private. Be patient navigating the parking space as it’s a tight one. Phil was very friendly, responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

This was perfect location to walk and explore the area. Set on a quiet street close to beach, coffee shop, and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Such a beautiful area! Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, just a walk to Corona Del Mar Beach. Peaceful and beautiful.. we enjoyed our time there. Host was super attentive.. would come back for sure 💛

Our family really enjoyed this Airbnb. The place is as described with the exception of the second bedroom has a full size bed not a queen. The pictures are very accurate of the unit. It was very clean and inviting. The location was great and very walkable to the beach and our downtown shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Airbnb! It’s an incredible value for the size of the space and location for Corona del Mar. I felt right at home, the natural light and high ceilings were gorgeous. The furniture was so comfortable and the master bedroom/bath was so spacious. The view from the kitchen is stunning, watching the sunset/sunrise over the park with a view of a few beautiful trees. You’re a 10 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the restaurants. Neighbours were very friendly and kind. The property manager Phil was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would go back in a heart beat, it truly is an amazing property.

Absolutely beautiful area! The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of extras! It is upstairs, so be prepared for that. Excellent location for our family, close to the area of my conference. Less than a 10 minute drive to Fashion Island and the Pendry Hotel. Plenty of shops and food close. The beds were comfortable, we all slept well. Nice to have parking.

The check-in/check-out process was easy. The unit was very spacious, bright and clean. There were plenty of amenities, including a laundry room inside of the unit. I liked that it was upstairs but below was the garage, so I didn't have to worry about noise. The stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep, which is something to keep in mind if you have a heavy suitcase. I would definitely stay again. I felt that it was a great value for the area/location. The beds were very comfortable and it was a relaxing stay.

Very nice apartment, the kitchen could use a few more supplies. Hand mixer, larger pot, only one small casserole dish available, cookie sheet ect. We weren’t able to make Thanksgiving because of this

Great place and location, old appliances and worn out pans were not so great. The plumbing was a bit sketchy in the big bedroom, the water took forever to heat and the shower control did not adjust the temperature very well. Beautiful place enjoyed our stay
