Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a sitting area for 2, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with 2 single vanities and a walk-in shower, shared with bedroom #4.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #6 includes 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

• Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door/porch area. Additionally, there are (2) external Ring security cameras, located at the garage doors to monitor the driveway and the dock areas for safety measures.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

- Smoking of any kind is NOT PERMITTED in this residence.
- Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the rental agreement. People other than those in the guest party set forth in the agreement may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while in the residence. The homeowners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Do not flush any feminine products down the toilet. Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilets.
- Please do not use towels for makeup removal.
- Trash is removed early Friday morning, so please pull trash cans up to the street on Thursday evening and return to their original location after pickup if you are there during this time.
