This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo (shared with Bedroom #3).

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #2.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a small couch.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is a one time fee of $175 for the use of the community amenities during your stay. A form will be sent to you with your confirmation that will need to be completed and returned.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.
• There is a linen fee of $150 flat that will be added to the final total.
• A shuttle to the beach is available for guests.
