5BR Home for 12 w/ Private Pool, Near Beach!

It was a beautiful home we were glad to be able to stay here, pretty centrally located and the pool was awesome to combat the heat. I would recommend this home to any large group or family.

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes! The location is perfect—easy access to the beach, golf courses, and bike trails. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely come back.

I'm giving this a very honest review. The house is as described. The beds are moderately comfortable. The home is extremely spacious, more so than in the pictures. The communication was not good. They are contracted with a property management company based out of Central America. The code to the house did not work the entire time that we were there, so we just left the door open the whole time.. It took us three hours to get into the home upon arrival. Then, we were sent back to the main office to go get parking pass that we were unaware we would need to get into the neighborhood. We paid to have the pool heated, but they charged us before it even got warmed up.So it was a hundred and seventy five dollars for a full day that we couldn't even use it. Then, they said they were shutting the pool heat off a day early. I proved to them that I paid the money for the full week and they agreed to leave it on. I communicated back and forth with the agency out of the country that is running this home almost the entire time that we were here, and it kind of ruined our trip. The price was good but would not stay again. The owners need to know how poorly this is being run.

We were in Hilton Head for a cross country meet and had 2 houses, 1 for our boys team and the other for our girls team. My wife and I stayed here with the boys and it was great. Kithchen area and family rooms were open and spacious and made it easy to feed a group of boys. The ping pong table in the garage was a nice addition and gave the boys something to do in the evenings and during down times.

it lacks pride, and management. House is musty, and lots of areas are neglected that need attention. The living room rug was cleaned, well it stayed soaking wet for days. The entry mat was disgusting I actually dragged it to the driveway to scrub and dry it properly. I spent most of my vacation cleaning the house. The guest ensuited bathroom is foul, hand print above the toilet, God know what all over the bath walls, and improperly installed shower handles etc. The bedroom is grandma's house and dated as hell. I feel we paid good money a night, to recieve walmart brand. The bedding is awful (literally walmart), pillows non existent because so beat and flat. The master has plaster falling off ceiling from leaks. House is filled with mold. The $700 Couch is needing replaced sitting on the floor is better. I see the vision for this home but nothing is executed properly, its "luxury" pricing, for street corner hired contractor work. I need more characters to finish explaining more.

In town for a golf trip. Played 3 days at Palmetto Dunes. House is in the resort. Nice big house with pool and outdoor furniture. Plenty of room for 12 people. Very nice, private neighbourhood. Close to courses and bars / restraunts.

Our last minute stay at this home in Palmetto Dunes was wonderful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed --- we paid to heat the pool (which was our #1 priority) and it was warm and perfect the entire stay. Unfortunately, the stove was not working but we were able to use a backup burner they had on property. I'd stay here again --- the location was perfect for us as we could easily bike to the beach and the back-side of the neighborhood was quiet for walks with our dog and bike rides with our kiddos. While we were just one family, this house would be a great 2 family stay as the bedrooms are divided on either side of the family area, so creates good privacy.

Had a great stay! If you love golf you’re in the perfect spot. House was very clean, was just like the photos, and had some great places to relax. One helpful tip is to make sure you stop by the front office first to get your parking pass but it’s very easy. The owners were also very quick to respond when we needed them which is always good. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone especially if you’re doing a golf trip!
