Stayed at Franny and Lukes on a family trip to Wells. It was as advertised, great location, beautiful home and very responsive hosts. Literally just steps from Crescent Beach and only 200' to the Wells Beach Lobster Pound, you can't beat it. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

Our family (including our doodle) loved staying at "The Shore Thing" in Wells. Our favorite parts were the ocean views and the short walk to the beach. The house was well stocked; the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Communication from the host was excellent. We would stay again.

This is the second time we stayed at the Beach Thing in Wells. We were three generations and two dogs. The layout was good for us, with a very large open area for kitchen, dining and lounging. There even were bowls and and kennel for the dogs. There is a downstairs ( ground level) playroom where children could be by themselves. All you need to add is food and drink to have a good time. There were some beat up beach chairs which were useable. The electric grill was useless. The kitchen appliances are very good. There is a view of the ocean, and the beach is a short walk across the street. The outside deck has comfortable couches and an electric awning to shade the sun.

Used for a bachelorette weekend. GREAT. Some want to come back to the area with husbands and kids.Home was so nice and close to the beach. Great having the bathrooms when we were all trying to get ready

We decided to do something different for the 4th and I was lucky to find this home for the week. We had a great time, the location to the beach was perfect. Walking distance to wells beach also. The home was clean, bright and comfortable. We had a great time and will probably book again

The house was clean and had a nice location in Wells. It was very convenient to Crescent Beach. The owners were responsive to any questions we had. It was a comfortable home for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay.The beach chairs and umbrella provided were in terrible condition, broken and dirty - should be a bit better for a beach house.

It doesn’t get much better than this! Everything you need, ample parking, all comforts of home, beautifully decorated, ocean views, easy access to beach, and wonderful communication with owners. We cannot wait to stay again.
