Away from the property, you’ll be just minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park along with popular wedding venues should you find yourself in town to celebrate. You’ll also be virtually surrounded by renowned wineries, breweries, and distilleries, all offering samples of the region’s finest.

The home’s interior is fit for a crowd, with enough space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner while communal spaces bring you back together to connect and unwind. On the main level, soaring vaulted ceilings enhance its openness along with the abundance of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling picture windows. Gather with loved ones on comfortable sofa seating to catch up on casual conversation while the fireplace keeps you cozy during cooler months.

On the lower level, you’ll find an additional living space with sofa and smart TV, a secluded spot to catch up on episodes of all your favorite shows. A dedicated workspace provides a private setting for keeping up with emails or taking a phone call should the need arise.

Back upstairs, the stylish kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and cornflower blue cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware.
