Spend time together in the main living areas, break out board games in the dedicated game room with a pool table, or plug in at the laptop-friendly workspace when you need to check in with the office. Smart TVs in every bedroom help everyone unwind on their own schedule.

Outside is the star: step out to your private outdoor pool and wellness hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, and relax on furnished patios with wide water views. With lake access and a boat slip on site, you’ll be on the water in no time. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Garage and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles total (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).
• Boat access: The boat lift is reserved for the owner’s use. Guests are welcome to use the adjacent boat slip.
• Security: Two exterior security cameras are in place—one above the garage monitoring the driveway and one at the back patio.
• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please see photos if mobility is a concern.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Must be 21+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
