This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

1. One parking space per rental. Second vehicles must park elsewhere
2. Guests must display parking permit (found in unit upon check-in) on their dashbooard.
3. Parking space is only to be used by guests staying in the unit and can not be "loaned" to a third party.
4. The spa is not for use by anyone who is not staying in the condo. Friends staying at other properties may not use the spa.
5. Rental guests may not have pets.
