We just returned from an unforgettable week at a stunning beachfront home in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. With 11 adults and one toddler, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the house was—everyone had their own room, which made it feel like a true retreat for each of us. The location couldn’t have been better. We were literally steps from the beach, and the views of the ocean from the house were absolutely breathtaking. There were many things to do in the area. We explored a beautiful botanical garden, dined at fantastic local restaurants, and enjoyed the charm of the town. Whether we were out adventuring or relaxing at the house, every moment felt special. Franny and Luke were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our entire group is already talking about returning. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and family-friendly escape, this is it!

We loved this property! We are a large family who usually have slim pickings for our annual gathering due to the size of our group. No problem here. And the location can’t be beat, steps from the beach, walking distance to the pier, quiet neighborhood vibe (at least after Labor Day). This property is modern, spacious, and gorgeous. After 25+ years of annual gatherings, we usually come away from a rental with a list of things we would change to make it better. No such list this year; this was the perfect rental. A rare gem in OOB.

Fantastic house with plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples. The views are awesome. Walkable to restaurants and the pier. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine and the house was up to the description online. It was not actually directly on the beach, but one house away from the beach, which was different from what I thought. That wasn’t much of a problem anyway, and we had a good view of the water. One problem was that the air conditioner broke during our stay and workers were unable to fix it, despite several hours of intrusion into our time. Then, the owners complained about our using the outdoor shower for a few minutes after our checkout time, despite the fact that we had completely exited the property otherwise.

My family had a great time here! Beautiful place, beautiful location - you can walk out the front door and be on the beach in a minute. Our hosts were always responsive and so nice. Great choice if you have a big family and need room to spread out - but I would rent this just for myself too! We made great memories there.

Wonderful! Everything was amazing - the interior is beautifully decorated and all necessities are provided. The house is gorgeous and the layout is great. The view from the third floor is spectacular and we even saw a rainbow over the water! Franny and Luke were super helpful and we’d love to go back. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The house was in a perfect location for the beach and other local amenities. You can walk to everything. The house was amazing with parking for 5 vehicles and the 7 bedrooms were perfect for us, our grown children and 7 grandchildren.

We had the pleasure to stay for a week. Our hosts were very communicative with the check-in process and everything was seamless. The house is amazing with plenty of room for family and friends. The pictures do not do justice. The home offers great views of the Old Orchard Beach. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful visit. The home was in the perfect location with lots to walk to nearby north and south. The beach is only steps away and there are views of the ocean from several rooms while laying in bed! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to return again!
