Relax in the main living areas with room to gather, play foosball, or enjoy a movie with the DVD player. A laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi make it simple to check in with the office when needed. When it’s time to unwind outdoors, take in the views and fresh air from the outdoor seating area, and fire up the BBQ grill for easy meals. A garden/backyard area adds to the tranquil setting. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Please park to the left side of the garage door to allow snow plow access. AWD/4x4 is strongly recommended in winter; the driveway is a switchback blacktop and can be slick.
• Shared property note: The basement is privately occupied, but all guest spaces remain fully private throughout your stay.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for understanding.
• Exterior security cameras: Three cameras monitor exterior/common areas only—(1) at the driveway viewing the driveway and front steps, (2) at the lower-level entrance viewing the street and mountainside, and (3) at the patio door viewing the deck.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
