Emerald Bay State Park is just 15 minutes to the south, filled with hiking trails, waterfront activities, and scenic vistas. You’ll be at Homewood Mountain Resort in under 5 minutes, with runs lined with fresh powder for all ages and skill levels. Head north toward Tahoe City for evening entertainment and encounter numerous restaurants along the way serving up delicious local fare.

Back at the home, days begin and end out on the sunny patio, sipping your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while you catch up on stories of adventure-filled days. The barbeque lover among you will delight in whipping up meals on the provided grill, the outdoor dining table with umbrella offering an al fresco mealtime experience. Head indoors to relax and unwind in the living room, equipped with comfortable sectional sofa and a showpiece stone fireplace for staying warm and cozy while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. The connected dining room is the perfect spot for formal dining as well as hosting an energetic family game night. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and patio access.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Trash day is Wednesday.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the side deck, actively monitoring the side exterior of the home. The second is located on the shed by the driveway, actively monitoring the driveway and with partial entrance views.

Although this stay puts you in the heart of Tahoe ski country, there is a wide spread of activities to enjoy year-round in the surrounding areas. Miles of both paved and dirt trails for hiking and biking of all levels are nearby. Head out to popular beaches or find a private cove with unforgettable swimming. From boating and water sports to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities on the water. When you’re not hitting the slopes or exploring the lake, Tahoe’s entertainment scene is waiting to impress. Local art galleries, shopping boutiques, live entertainment, iconic food spots, and bustling nightlife fill the vibrant communities that surround the lake.

The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
