Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Please pick up your parking pass at the front gate. Street parking is not permitted per community rules; all vehicles must be parked in the driveway.
• Pet Policy (Hilton Head): We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning/damage fees may apply if needed.
• Security: This home has one exterior security camera at the front door that monitors the driveway only.
• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are located in the home for guest use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
