If work comes calling, the private upstairs loft includes an office desk and chair. Back downstairs, the dining and kitchen areas are well-equipped for all your mealtime needs. The table includes seating for 6 with additional high-top chairs for 2 just steps away at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is complete with all standard appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. Whether you prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants, this kitchen can do it all.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, stand-up shower, and jetted tub.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, and private deck access.

Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill style ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The loft has an additional sitting area with a TV, and a Futon that can be converted into a Full size bed.

The home also includes an additional half bathroom.

- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles – 1 garage, 2 driveway. No street parking.
- 4WD/AWD is required in the winter months due to changing road conditions.

The outdoor pool is closed for the winter but the lap pool and hot tub are open year round. Each pass allows 4 guests entry, although there is an additional daily guest fee of $16 per person at the time of entry at the Rec Center.
