Brockway Springs Lodge

Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

The unit was in a very nice location- close to shops and King’s Beach. It had a great view of the lake. The property could be kept up a little better. One bedroom upstairs didn’t have any window coverings and people from the parking area could look right in. The parking lot lights could not be blocked out at night. The second upstairs bedroom had a window covering that didn’t work and was in the down position our entire stay. We could not open the closet doors in this room because the second twin bed was too close to the closet door. Multiple light bulbs were out (about 10) so it was a little on the dark side at night. The BBQ grill did not get hot enough to cook any meat. Most of the dining room chairs were so old and worn that we sank into the cushions. I expected a little more for the price we paid.

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous location! Right in front of the lake! Big spacious condo with plenty of room for the 7 of us!!

Property was perfect! Great kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and a deck ten feet from the lake! We had some fantastic sunsets on the deck. The condo was spacious with the four bedrooms and a loft. One item to note was there is no bathtub in the unit, might have listed it in the description but not a big deal. Our 2 and 4 year olds got showers in lieu of the usual baths. Master bath has dual shower heads and plenty of space.

Bring your paddleboard and kayak as your just steps to the lake.

BBQ on the deck is electric, probably rules of the HOA as most had the same one.

We enjoyed very much staying at this beautiful place! Location can’t be beat! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants! Yet it is quiet (no traffic noises). Love this modern house, great lighting, zone-specific thermostats, Beautiful bathrooms (the heated master bathroom floor is really nice!). The view is unbelievable! Loved all of it! Will definitely visit again!

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous Condo during both the pandemic and "unhealthy to hazardous" air quality due to fires all over the west coast. Although, the Condo was fabulous and quite peaceful. We still enjoyed the views even though we couldn't see much past the boats buoyed out front. Our two son's weren't able to join us so we had this spacious home to ourselves. We did paddleboard right out front every day even though we had to limit outside time. I enjoyed reading on the couch and we had great meals out at several restaurants. We love this location and will definitely be going back when the skies are clear again. We will be recommending this Condo to family and friends for sure!!

Really beautiful home. We loved the openness of the living area and the kitchen. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the lake. Home is in walking distance to Kings Beach. Highly recommend this home!

Great location and place. We will be back for sure.

This property is wonderful. We had a small group who stayed all week with friends and family coming up for the day. The setting is fantastic. We used kayaks and wave boards with lots of time at the spring heated swimming pool. The condo was not as clean as we would have liked and there were several things that needed to be repaired. We were challenged with communication with the property manager but did have a handy man who came and tried to fix things. With this said, we would return.

We loved the location and the house was tidy and easy. We had some hiccups when we first arrived (at night, exhausted, with our small kids - one of which had a fever!!). Needless to say, we didn’t have much patience with the water being off and the fireplace and TV not working. However, the property managers got in touch with someone on site (who came over in bathrobe and slippers) to help us. Much appreciated. We had a lovely stay overall. The place is spacious and comfortable. We LOVED hanging on the back porch watching the sun set.

We enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck overlooking the gorgeous lake. Sunsets were spectacular. Everything we needed was in the unit for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The property is fantastic. It is really larger in a lovely spot with great views across the lake and walking distance ( 15 mins) of kings beach. We didn’t want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. Kitchen well equipped- tons of room for all. The best feature is the lovely view of the Lake and the convenience to biking, hiking and dining. The pool area is so lovely and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
